Astral Terra Tech participated in the Simposium Cerun Negara 2025, held on 7 and 8 May at The Everly, Putrajaya. The event was organised by Cawangan Kejuruteraan Cerun, JKR in collaboration with GEOTROPIK, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. This year’s theme, Way Forward – National Slope Master Plan, brought together various stakeholders involved in slope management and geotechnical planning across Malaysia.
During the event, we presented our satellite powered monitoring system which utilises Iridium connectivity to transmit real time data without the need for mobile signal or external power. The system’s compact form and straightforward setup make it suitable for locations with limited access or infrastructure. We also demonstrated live data from an ongoing site to provide visitors with a clear understanding of how the system functions in actual conditions.
Our participation provided an opportunity to engage with government agencies, consultants and industry professionals and to share ideas on improving slope monitoring practices. We are grateful for the interest shown in our solution and the valuable discussions throughout the event.
